As Chief of Police, my primary focus is to protect the public and put my officers in the best positions to succeed. I will continue to work tirelessly to push our leadership to improve, and not allow our officers, dispatchers, and support staff to accept mediocrity. A law enforcement agency must intercept crime and provide the community with an open line of communication. This cannot be accomplished without a motivation to improve.

Nicholas H. Snyder, Chief of Police

Having lived in the Lancaster area for nearly five decades, I am proud to serve as the mayor of this great city. Lancaster has a rich history and a bright future, with a strong sense of community and a commitment to progress. I am excited to work with our residents, businesses, and community leaders to continue to make Lancaster a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family.

Mayor David Scheffler
